20 years ago, on September 4, 1998, Google Inc. was incorporated, marking the birth hour of what is arguably the most iconic company of the internet age. Thanks to its market-dominating search engine, web browser and mobile operating system, Google is the gatekeeper to the online world for many internet users in the world, a position that some think is too powerful for common good.
