Azerbaijan-Turkey agreement has close since a week for shipping oil rig platform in Cypriot EEZ. The State oil company of Azeri seems willing to cede in the Turkish counterpart the drill ''Heydar Aliyev''.
Ankara is waiting to complete illegal seismografik surveys of «Mparmparos», to analyze the data who has collected, and in mid-February to issue new Navy- VTEX ,bind again areas within theCypriot EEZ, sending the oil rig platform.
